Service and Labor Charges
All food and beverage charges are subject to current applicable state tax and 20% gratuity. A 50% deposit on the estimated charges is due when the contract is agreed upon and signed. The balance is due 3 days prior to the event and any additional charges incurred at the event is due at the end of the function.
Banquet Service
Labor charges are as follows: Food servers $15.00 per server, per hour. Waiter service time is a three (3) hour maximum period for breakfast and lunch, five (5) hours maximum for receptions and dinner. Should your function time (food service and program) exceed the above hours, a labor charge of $25.00 per server, per hour will be added to the bill.
Event Space Site Fee and Additional Rentals
A $10.00 per person site fee for the use of any of O'Donnell Golf Club's exclusive food and beverage outlets.
All additional rentals incurred are the client's responsibility. Client will be advised of charges in advance and charges will be added to the final bill.
KC Catering reserves the right to make the decision to move an outdoor event inside, on impending inclement weather and client will be notified.
Menu Selections
To assure the availability of menu items, your selections should be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Banquet menus are offered as suggestions, but if you prefer a customized menu, KC Catering will be happy to create one to meet your needs. Due to the fluctuation of market food and beverage prices, KC Catering will make a firm price commitment 14 days prior to the event date.
Food and Beverage Items
Please note that as the licensee, KC Catering is the only authorized vendor to provide food or beverage at planned functions. All food and beverage purchased from the Club at planned functions must be consumed on Club premises. Unconsumed food is not permitted to be taken out of the Club. No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Subcontractor
Any subcontractor (i.e., musical, security, decorator, etc.) brought to the Club by the group requires a Certificate of Liability in the amount of $1 million per occurrence with $2 million aggregate, listing the Club as additional insured/co-insured. Decorations, signage or displays brought into the Club by the group must be approved prior to arrival. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, windows or ceilings in a manner that would damage or alter the condition.
